Online Directed Evolver Lean Certification Program allows participants to obtain an Evolver lean certification without leaving their place of business or residence.   Online participants will work one-on-one with an instructor during the entire certification process.  Upon completion all participants have the ability to facilitate lean manufacturing events in their workplace.  Includes all course materials and an Evolver (Full Edition) lean training kit a $99.95 value.

1. Participants will be graded on a combination of written exams and the completion of one lean project.  Course material will be presented over a 5 week period. 

2. Optional Final Lean Project – Participants also have the option to work one-on-one with an instructor on a lean project during the course. Note: this was formally part of the required coursework for an Evolver certification. However, due to these tough economic times, many participants are now unemployed, which makes the completion of a lean project difficult or impossible.
